The staff were very nice and always happy to help. I would like to especially thank Yasmin and Rama. I liked that there was a supermarket on premises. The showers were great.

I loved the people there and the service and I do recommend this hotel for everyone.
I have spent 16 days in this hotel, The staff are very friendly and supportive. Specially the great reception Team ( Rama & Mahmoud ) from day one they were caring that I am feeling comfortable, Also the room which they gave me was very big and nice. The Restaurant team, Security, Housekeeping are Very kind and welcoming. In this hotel you will feel that all staff are caring about your comfort from their heart.
What I didn't like that the hotel maintenance are poor and need some renovations.
